Checking in the instruments can take longer and security is usually busier that time of the morning. It also gives everyone a chance to grab breakfast as we may not eat until the evening.\n\n–  Guy – Parking and meeting us at the airport.\n–  Ray & Deano – Meet at Dave’s at 8am. Dave will drive to airport.\n–  Audrey & Naomi – Steve will make arrangements with you directly about airport arrival. \nFlights:\n–  Depart – London Heathrow\, Terminal 5 – 11:30\, Friday 15 August\n–  Flight duration – 2H 25M\n–  Arrival – Madrid\, Terminal 4S – 14:55\, Friday 15 August \n–  Return – Madrid\, Terminal 4S – 16:50\, Sunday 17 August\n–  Flight duration – 2H 25M\n–  Arrival – London Heathrow\, Terminal 5 – 18:15\, Sunday 17 August \nParking:\n–  Parking address: Location: Northern Perimeter Rd W\, Hounslow TW6 2RP https://shorturl.at/5glCq \n–  Steve & Guy should have your parking confirmations. Let Dave know if you did not receive it. \nLuggage: \nWe all have 2 bags that we can take into the cabin.\n\n–  1 x Cabin Bag = Up to 56 x 45 x 25cm (22 x 18 x 10in) – includes wheels and handles\nShould be enough for clothing and any small items. Note that if the flight is busy\, you may be asked to put it into the hold\, so don’t put anything valuable into this bag. \n–  1 x Handbag/small bag = Up to 40 x 30 x 15cm (16 x 12 x 6in)\nI would suggest passports\, any laptops\, iPads etc. go in here as it is guaranteed to in the cabin.  \nThere is then the following allowance:\n–  Ray up to 23kg and 140cm in length – Guitar into the hold – Must be in hard case\n–  Dave up to 23kg and 140cm in length – Bass into the hold – Must be in hard case\n–  Guy up to 23kg and 140cm in length – Keyboard into the hold – Must be in hard case \n–  1 Suitcase to share – Guy\, Ray\, Deano can add any extras. I would suggest shoes\, toiletry bags (so no messing at security)\, Deano’s kick pedal (please put in a carrier bag). If none of you have a suitable case\, let me know and I’ll bring one.\n–  1 Suitcase to share up to 23kg  – Steve & Dave\n–  1 Suitcase to share up to 23kg – Audrey and Naomi \nStage Clothes:\n–  Band in black (as per first set)\n–  BV’s as per first set. No need for the pink second set clothes.   \nMadrid:\nWe are being picked up at Madrid airport and taken to Pedro Bernardo.\n–  We are sharing a house and meals will be at a local hotel.\n–  Show time is midnight on Saturday\, with sound check time TBC. \nNotes:\nInsurance\n–  CGM has worldwide insurance covering all musical instruments\, Mac’s etc.\n–  Personal\, medical travel insurance is NOT covered. So\, make sure that you have travel insurance in place for yourself. \nPlug Adapters\n–  Do you need plug adapters\, especially for stage? It may be worth bringing a 2 or 3 gang plugboard if you have multiple PSU’s or plugs. \nSet:\n \n
