DESCRIPTION:FULL BAND \nITINERARY  \nVenue – Acapela Studio : Heol Y Pentre\, Pentyrch\, Cardiff CF15 9QD \nArrival – 2.30pm (soundcheck etc)  \n\nEmma & Saoirse to be at Steve’s for 11am – Address: Flat 16\, Pelham court\, Marlow Road\,Maidenhead\, SL6 7AG\nDeano\, Lester\, Jay driving there.\nDave & Ray driving\nFor those that want to drive down together for most of the journey\, we are meeting at Chieveley Services (Nr Thatcham/Newbury) on the M4 12.00 midday. Otherwise\, we’ll meet you there.\n\n——— Below is from the venue ———— \nTIMINGS\n \nArrival @ 2.30pm (soundcheck etc)  \nSoundcheck MUST be completed by 6.00pm as music hall is used for dining by audience.  \nDoors open 6.00pm  \nWe will feed the band at 6.00pm see https://acapela.co.uk/dining/ plus drinks from bar  \nConcert starts around 8.00 to 8.15pm (we will give you 5 minute call to go onstage) when table service completed.  \n2 x 45 minute sets minimum plus encore  \nInterval around 20 minutes  \nCurfew 10.30pm \n  \n PARKING – VERY IMPORTANT  \nThe venue is currently in a legal dispute with the pub who own the car park next door to the venue over our access and parking rights. They have cameras installed and if anyone enters you will receive a parking notice and a fine of £60 if you are in the car park for more than 10 minutes.  \nAs a result\, please do not park on the car park but on the road in front of the venue in Heol Y Pentre. This is the same distance from the stage door.  \n  \n
