Parking:

–  Ryan will go in either Dave’s or Steve’s car to the airport.

Luggage: 
We all have 2 bags that we can take into the cabin.

–  1 x Cabin Bag = Up to 56 x 45 x 25cm (22 x 18 x 10in) – includes wheels and handles
Should be enough for clothing and any small items. Note that if the flight is busy, you may be asked to put it into the hold, so don’t put anything valuable into this bag.

–  1 x Handbag/small bag = Up to 40 x 30 x 15cm (16 x 12 x 6in)
I would suggest passports, any laptops, iPads etc. go in here as it is guaranteed to in the cabin. 

There is then the following allowance:
–  Ryan up to 23kg and 140cm in length – Guitar into the hold – Must be in hard case
–  Dave up to 23kg and 140cm in length – Bass into the hold – Must be in hard case
–  Stuart up to 23kg and 140cm in length – Keyboard into the hold – Must be in hard case

–  1 Suitcase to share – Stuart, Deano, & Stuart can add any extras. I would suggest shoes, toiletry bags (so no messing at security), Deano’s kick pedal (please put in a carrier bag). Can somebody volunteer a case please?
–  1 Suitcase to share up to 23kg  – Steve & Dave
–  1 Suitcase to share up to 23kg – Audrey and Lynesy

Stage Clothes:
–  Band jeans, CG t-shirts with a black shirt/waistcoat (as per second set)
–  BV’s as per second set. Ya pink stuff, and police hats. 😉   

Bordeaux:
We are being picked up at Bordeaux airport and taken to Pomarez.
–  I’m not sure of the hotel/accomodation, but we’ll soon find out!

–  8.30pm Drinking and general merriment 

Notes:
Insurance
–  CGM has worldwide insurance covering all musical instruments, Mac’s etc.
–  Personal, medical travel insurance is NOT covered. So, make sure that you have travel insurance in place for yourself.

Plug Adapters
–  Do you need plug adapters, especially for stage? It may be worth bringing a 2 or 3-gang plugboard if you have multiple PSU’s or plugs.
